When you book, you are not booking with an agency, but with us the property owners, and so there are no added agency fees to pay. Additionally, because we are a small business, there is no VAT to pay either. We believe in providing quality holiday accommodation at a reasonable price.

 

This will be our 35th year of all year round holiday letting. 

 

Some booking details, the deposit is £280 per week[or a pro-rata £40 per night booked, if less/more nights booked] and the balance is payable eight weeks before arrival. We can take payment by BACS or Cheque. The Minimum stay is two nights. Some dates have other minimum letting periods.
